This dude should be dropped out of the academy. What a serious waste of space. All he can do is bad mouth people. Also being very privileged to have backing family that probably use a lot of money for him to fast level up to be able to be in these academies.

I might believe the antagonist is this stupid if he’s shown strapped to a wheelchair and drooling out the side of his mouth, but, since he’s somewhat functional, being this stupid and clueless is so far beyond believable it’s insulting to the readers. Just move on to the plot where other countries are trying to kill, kidnap, or recruit the MC.
