I really have to criticise our boy Lin here.
His girlfriend tells him, in the novel, that only 1 title is dropped even if a team of 12 enters and that the drop is random. So a team of 12 needed to enter 12 times for them to get one job change title each.

Here I take issue with Lin, he could carry another person and guarantee them the title and use their cool down times. And take gold for the carry.
1mln gold shouldn’t be an issue.

Condition 1 have the cool down ready, 2 give the gold, drops he gets. As the job change title is extremely important for humanity.
