What? That’s not how it works. You explained how your skeletons and level up work. Don’t hand wave it away without a new ability/rule. You need to create your skeletons yourself and it takes your <mana> (or however it is called) which itself is refilled on level up. You still have a cap of it and have lost a huge amount of skeletons recently (as you’ve also shown). I don’t know why, continuity errors always bug me…
I don’t know why…. but this manga story is interesting but author is making very very slow progress at some point it start feeling boring
