For anyone complaining about this being the second to last chapter of the series, go look at the end of chapter 97. It’s the same shit. He’s going to do a part 3
with the concept of chainsaw man being erased, Death will just kill everybody in the end anyway, no? Or the Author will do the time rewind as well? If so, Denji will die by the first demon and the Control Devil will just rule the world. I don’t see how could it turn differently, unless by eating itself it also obliterates the concept of demons then it will be a very shitty ending imo…

This could go either way. Has everyone forgotten the 4 ways to kill a person without taking their life? or the mount iho eruption? or that star that makes kids go insane?
If chainsaw man is gone, do those concepts go away?
Then again, i’d rather the series end then the manga creator die and leave at a clifhanger like trinity blood.
Chainsaw being lowkey canceled. The story was actually being dragged out by some time. Many points not being connected really hurt the understanding. I feel the same thing happened with Jujutsu. The author lost control over the story. Such a shame. But at least Fujimoto’s studio feels more like an incubator for new authors and stories, which is a good thing.

Well thay was a super disappointing ending. Felt like a cop out. A lot of things left unanswered. What happened man?
