I am wondering….Angel said that the only sound devil’s hear when they die in hell is the sound of a chainsaw, so assuming Makima first came into existence in hell then was killed by chainsaw and reborn on earth, perhaps she remembered all this and spent however long on earth biding her time to get some petty revenge on chainsaw?
