rip. anyway fun fact the countdown to launch is actually very long.
it’s not just a countdown. it’s a checklist that the staff goes through to make sure everything is working. from wind speed to checking for leaks. everything is checked one last time after having been checked multiple times already. so because they’re checking so many things the countdown is in the hundreds. then the last 10 counts are announced.
I’m just saying the countdown is very systematic and not like everyone is casually counting down till the clock hits 12 for new year
