Might be a bad comparison, but this is exactly what happened in that one netflix film “Don’t Look Up”. It was filled with annoying a** characters that no one could take seriously, only the main characters understood that they would die if nothing was done to prevent the asteroid from hitting earth. I think the Mc in this series is a little too scared to reveal his secret, but he’s at least trying to prevent the disaster

ik they know atm that it isnt as dire as they think … but its still a f*cking asteroid hauling arse towards earth .. whether its going to hit or not surely having some on standby is the way to go

At this point, to make others like this White Hair Woman believe him. He needs to get close to them and ask em questions about answers that would instantly make them believe MC. Maybe even Blackmail them. 🤷
