Why not just abandon earth completely? A lot of people will be sacrificed sure but we can always repopulate. But we will need genetic/+biological/+ embryological advancements (as create artificial humans without parents by modifying human genes.
Then with those, employ strict governance (everyone gets a vasectomy and all new humans will be artificial), history, culture and humanity identity will be preserved through data. and we will mine asteroids, planets and such for resources, we will grow food through advancements (which is already done), meat, vegetables, all easily created.
