I’d understand being kinda weirded out if it was his virginity he paid with and was going to be paying with sex in the future, given his age and background, but it was only blood.
It’s very similar to normal blood donation, only ever so slightly sexually charged.
Ones blood isn’t something special and pure to be worrying over like this
