A couple things I noticed.
the colorless people remind me of the white blood cells from cells at work.
Red flame dude (already forgot his name oops) reminds me of Kisuke Urahara. He’s got that get stronger or die mentality along with the shady character that has ulterior motive that kinda aligns with the main character.

I mean from what I can see black’s only weakness is that it is only a strengthening ability without others around, and needs to be refilled a lot more
