he really is a good person
for someone so powerful and has lived so long, MC is surprisingly clueless. I guess he didn’t realize all the things he said were the wrong things, actually pushing him to crush his own heart. you don’t say “it’s cause you’re actually nice” to someone who was raised to not be like that, to always desire power, to be ruthless, etc.
this is one where MC flexing his power is actually a disappointment because he seems like a dense person who doesn’t get what’s happening.
