This battle was such a letdown. He could’ve absorbed him using great star absorbing technique without having to upgrade the Dragon God bloodline.
On top of that, they only had a 3 level difference in terms of cultivation at the start, while killing the Crafting God Clan’s master, decreasing the difference by 2. We’ve seen him go toe to toe with people with higher cultivation with little to no difficulty. Also that the martial art skills could be upgraded (and should be by now).
