So basically the fairy thing is a water spirit that ruled the lake , where he hunted the crocodile monster. the croc monster had enslaved the fairy and the MC can see and communicate with the spirits , which is kinda rare . so out of boredom the fairy decided to follow him. <br> the MC then hunts and gives animals to the village ( he does this every fortnight) and then introduces himself to the villagers saying that his illness is cured and that he owes the village. since he regressed he knew that the mercenaries would come and slaughter the villagers he killed them instaead. and then we come to this chapter

The Fast Paced story With Lack of details Already Doesn’t Feel Nice.
