Having read most manga/manhwa, holy knights or other religious factions often don’t need proof or a way to identify if MC is vampire or not. They probably spout some random BS, using their God and religion and that’s “justification” enough for them.
Well I’m not saying all of them are like that, just read alot of other manga/manhwa that show them like that.
