if the spirits can cast a curst to the royal of never having a contract with the former ever again, why don’t they just add another curse — never see spirits again. that way, they can no longer even the the Hero.

Really her family is needed more by the kingdom then the royal family in general. He’s operating with confidence he doesn’t deserve
I find it funny that the prince is trying to mess with a family that literally controls all magic, so if need be they could just curse every soldier that the royal family has and by that point it’s a pretty easy process of razing it to the ground
