ok so im back, and after reading this far, ima rate this again.
for those who did not see my previous rating of the first chapter, it got a 6.5/10. (anything below a 5 is an immediate drop for me).
ok so now onto the improved shit.
-art (drastically improved chapters 20 and up.)
-character design (the fanservice is crazy tho)
-story (we have more insight into the past of Eugene as Hamel)
-translation (they just better now)
-logic (more insight into the logic of mana and mancores)
ok now the things that could be improved.
-time skips (since there has already been two, im hoping thats the last of them)
-i dunno
over all a whopping 8.7/10

Dang, so MC might have been a genius in his previous life as well (despite his talk of the peerless talent contained in Vermouth’s bloodline, and how he wished he had it in his previous life), but his environment and resources were too poor for him to realize it
tbh, it’s better than just saying :
