Remember like 20 chapters ago, they were talking about Alice and wonderland and red riding hood and shit?. I forgot what Okarun was, but maybe that was his innate ability and now its finally revealing itself. Also because they DID mention ghosts can merge, like with granny and the crab monster, i feel like later, whatever his new power is now, will merge with granny later for some saucy panels and fights PLUS Momos ability to amp it up
