Both are real. Because MC became Immortal and the ancient hallucination is actually his Lost/Missing Memory. He’s parents in the modern era aren’t his real parents. Shortly said, he lives in the modern era while his missing old memories are coming back and confused as illusions. People who are recovering from amnesia experienced the same thing.

Obviously, the Murim world would be the hallucination…If it’s a hallucination.
…though it seems like he’s straddling two worlds, seeing as he can move objects between both worlds…
The only other explanation is that he’s creating those object…

Two worlds and comprehension of one in another got him into psycho ward and in other hysteria reducing drug but they also connected physically if mc can bring items from one world into another but mc also does show signs of going crazy with him seeing others as people who shocked him the most ( also two personalities murim one is more vile and can’t act out in modern world that much )

Will he gain Honor ????
