I hope this story doesn’t turn to crap, i like it so far, aside from the weird conciousness transportation between his world and the martial world.

I think I might have a theory. He could possibly have had been mentally split in two different dimensions and the fact that he doesn’t have hallucinations here means that he’s already died . A few chapters ago we had a scene where he was dying in an ER. He might actually have a mental disorder too.
