So basically he gets a new body and the body is just better at sensing things and the skin become harder

I think it’s like deadpool: He has cancer and superfast regeneration, So basically his cells dies and regenerates again.
In our Mc case: he ages several times faster than humans and regenerates but the new cell are healthy and since they recovered from an type of injury they are now stronger then before.
Like if you stab your hand at one. The skin will naturally get harder and since, he regenerates it’s like being born again
Basically both the process of his body adapting to the aging and being born again is working together but Something else is also happening which what it is (probably superpower is involved in this part)

Bro I feel like this is an Evolution state where his body and Cells Adapt Grow Stronger and Change his body completely
Slowly Turning him in to a non Super Human or Out Right Turning him to a Demi God that can Be A God Either why A Story That Involved science actually Interest me a lot now this Brings me a lot of Questions as well can we Evolve our Body
Or Conduct serums to force our body to Evolve.
