Bruh, it’s kinda sad that Reynold is so far like the best fit for MC currently but kinda poetic in a sense? At least of right now. More likely than not, we’ll see similar scenarios where other characters would be “brainwashed” in the moment to say game lines/side with Yvonne but only for them to realize what they had done and try to make up to the thick-headed MC through some means.

So, she did recognize her that moment, from that encounter. Also, of course, her adoptive brother saw the worse automatically, and he wonders why she hates his guts.
The fact she is locked in that estate. If she wasn’t and she was me. I would jump ship long ago, especially, when she showed up. That family always see the worse in her, hard more, but this abuse at times. This isn’t family, there is no trust, each time something goes wrong, the family thinks the worse of the mc, and don’t bother believe until the truth is forced into their faces. And the staff, that staff, for them acting like this, which is clearly abuse, no matter how you write it out.
So, focus on finding a way to return to her old life, which I don’t think she can. It didn’t help she has that game system following her like a lost puppy. Finishing this game, means that the game is over, be very annoying if the system in the end before disappearing, and you got to live the life you chosen. And lastly, if that game system says something similar to “Thank you for playing the game” at the end, that’s just salt in the wound.
Maybe she will achieve the end with her brother? At least the cover looks like it
