Death flags about death flags, he can’t be surprised really. This whole manga has been riddled with Checkov’s Demonlord. But I still like it and hope for his safe return to Zena’s waiting arms. She’s just to pure and noble to not end up being his first wife, and since he’s got a title she won’t mind him adding a few more, but only because he’s now titled.
