ok… i think the coma theory is mostly broken by the fact that the side characters have inner monologe while not bieng near him, if it was just a coma or dream the show would prob only run trough his side of things.
maybe he imagins thier thought and acts… that could be an option, but idk if u could this to such a big degree.
