what i accept from a mc
The main character (MC) should be reasonably intelligent and aware of their surroundings, acting according to their own will rather than being bound by legends. Their actions should define their personality, rather than being constrained by a predetermined character. A strong MC is commendable, but it’s important that they are hardworking and achieve success through their own strength. Being the main character doesn’t always mean winning; losses can create better character development than someone who has never encountered failure.
There was a manga I once read. The main character was a nobody who trained so hard every day that even the gods thought he was a fool who was just trying to defy his destiny. He failed so many times that I lost count, but he overcame all those obstacles.
There was a line in the manga that said, “Before you can run, you should learn to walk. And if you don’t know how to walk, then learn to crawl like a worm.”
interesting fact: he was mocked by the gods but he even overcame them by showing his determination
