Honestly, at this point, I am kinda debating whether or not his majesty hates his son because he might have wanted to treat him like the other princes but because he was illegitimate he was scared that it could affect his reputation and create a bag image for royalty but that’s just a theory so don’t quote me on that.

just casual murder because disease = scary. Even though these people (they’re most certainly from medieval times) likely think bloodletting helps sick people, they also somehow can understand the spread of disease? Even though hygiene isn’t a concept.

wait what? chikenpox isnt deadly because we already have antibiotics and antiviral drugs available but back then it’s a deadly desease esp for adults
