Im wondering if he is really gonna sell the building since he was looking for a new building to increase the size of his clinic; or maybe he will use the funds to buy a new building.

Did I miss something in the casino arc? It really looked like Penin was being an idiot and played by Solen. Only at the end was it revealed which skill he increased, and that it was all going according to plan. Also, it seemed like Penin’s crew infiltrated the casino and was helping Penin out, but he legit seemed unaware of it?
