As much as this sucks, Rui was right, it was becoming an unequally yoked relationship. She’s accelerating while he’s petering out. There was bound to be strain on the relationship because she’s maturing faster than he is. She’s always known who she is and commits when she wants something without any doubts. Their whole relationship was constantly fear uncertainty and doubt due to Natsuos lack of strong willpower, maturity and over eagerness to be everyones hero. Rui learned some valuable things with him though and i’m sure in time Natsuo will come to realize he gained something invaluable from her.Thanks Rui for helping this guy get through High School, Hina, College, and his fledgling romantic years as a young adult figuring life out.
