I can imagine how this story continues. The Stone Wars goes as usual, but as soon as the beacon is set up for communication, Rei detects the signal along with Why-man. With a fully functioning space fabricator, Rei just drops a ton of platinum to make nitric acid. (Asteroid mining go brr)

Still, for sentimental and stuff. They will move to treasure island. Now, Rei will easily be able to provide satellite footage indicating that there is human activity on the island. Senku would probably make drones to scout the island, that could cause a problem as everyone is staying on the ship and a sudden petrification attack.
And then, you just have Rei standing there like: “okay”. before turning everyone back.
Ibrara: bruh, I don’t even get to petrify the entire island now.

As everyone gets to America, xeno just gets clapped by Rei. Just drop something from space, idk.
