Alright a little explanation, Orange Piccolo is an extremely powerful transformation that is an evolved form of the Potential Unleashed state used by Piccolo.
I never got around to watching the movie, so I can see why people were complaining about these transformations being unearned garbage. I mean its still cool, but it has the same lack of accomplishment as the universe 6 saiyans just all of a sudden being able to get more powerful.
Toriyama: You get a new transformation > Points at Frieza
And You get a new Transformation > points at Piccolo
And you guys, you guys get tons of new transformations > Points at Saiyans
