Even if the mc would be 9 circles he can’t beat the guy cause he he is faster then blink. When he was able to get to mc after mc dealt with the monster after the empire camp had a conversation and then order the maniac to go get mc and all that time. So he is faster then teleportation half a world distance. He is so fast that his 1 second is as long as 24 hours for others
