Few chapters ago 3 persons got rewarded while viscount was given to the Water/Spear tower master disciple and then the mc got the count title with 10.000 households to tax rights too. And then also got the reward of the dragon heart as a request as personal from the king cause saving his daughter.
Now was given count again and 3 cities that should be more then 10.000 households.
Also the part where this chapter start as mc wants to get more stronger. Well he got to use dragon king power but was still weak as heck cause all villains have insane plot armor in all the fights mc have had so the amount of power he gets wont just matter at all and mc be always weak.
The King made him a count a few chapters ago. Russell Raymond should be a Marquee.
