As if a military person would comply with a contract before giving this information to his superiors…
The military would of course take control of his personal dungeon as well in case the government decided so. Good luck trying to go to court for breach of contact.

there is no way in hell i would have told the military guy (i just met) something so vital. not at least until i was far beyond the strength of men. once i got to the level that bullets dont effect me then i would think about it.
