She’s a trap. As in, she’s there to distract you with sex, making it harder to advance your rank, because all you want to do is have sex with her and not train. Most things in the dungeon are a trap of one kind or another.
Personally, I don’t like the LN. It’s just getting dumber story wise and the most interesting character, Mai and her pet Mu-chan, get shoved to the back and almost disappear from the story.
God it would be so hard to concentrate with her around me. We all should know why

well would not a weapon be a better first draw, even if it was a lame draw it would be better than what he is using right now
so just curious if she turn into card when leaving dungeon what happen if u throw that card into like a fire or rip card? does she instandly die or can u like still summon her in dungeon but she still have affect of whatever u did to card so if u rip the card she would be summon in half?
