Naah, them will die to in the end, like it or not. If they kill mayfly eggs, they will extend their lives for as long as numbers of eggs they destroy, sure. But if we talk about the cycle here, continuously killing the eggs to the point of wiping out, then the eggs can’t hatched from hosts to produce new mayflies, and end up the mayflies will go extinct. If them extinct, no eggs to be destroyed and in turn those guys will also dead.
