If your goal is to cool things down YOU HAVE SEA WATER!. Just collect seawater in a super large pot and put your hot food in a smaller container then dip in for like 5 mins DONE!

Yep. Shiro gets known as “Saintess” after this. If only Shiro knew a bit more about modern chemistry, he’d have several formulas to make ice.
Potassium Nitrate, also known as Saltpeter, would be ideal.
If he could get his hands on some (and that’s quite easy as it’s found in manure), he could have one bowl of water and saltpeter and another bowl inside the first with just water.
As saltpeter dissolves in water, it sucks up so much heat that the water in the second bowl will freeze into ice.
