Okay, two things.
First, where is MC’s mother during all of this? Does she just live at work or something?
Second, if MC keeps developing his abilities, I think he will probably develop some lightning-type abilities himself. I get the feeling he’ll go the Flash route, and the Flash used lightning and electricity a lot.
