Been reading the story and the author is kind of bad. He constantly back peddling to the origin to make it make sense but all he does is make it more nonsensical. Take the game for instance, I have absolutely no clue what game they could be possibly make a game where the ranking is based on the strength of the characters, but the game also has multiple characters each with their own stories. It seems like an rpg but the multiple characters with their own stories aspect is what makes me confused do they ranked based on performance of the story? There’s no pvp system either so thats not what they rank them with it can’t be on story performance cuz everyone would midmax at some point and if his character and Cordelia are that strong the rankings would be filled with them. Like it’s just seems like it was a story made by a game journalist. Cuz they’re the only ones that have no clue how games work. He keeps on adding hints of the game to try to make it make sense but it’s just feels like he would have an easier time ignoring it, it was generic anyways.
