Well, that got cleared up pretty quickly. This is why authors so rarely have their characters tell each other the truth in a straightforward manner, it considerably shortens the story.

He reported this to king and as a reward he was granted money , a title of a Knighthood and become permanent lord of his territory.
Due to this Achievement MC got many marriage proposal from Nobles along with this princess. King personally visited him regarding his daughter’s marriage with him but MC rejected the King and honestly told King that he didn’t like the sadist personality of the princess. Since King knew about her personality he agree and engagement was cancelled. But the princess got more obsessed with him and wanted to know him even better. Later a Party was Hosted in the Royal Castle regarding MC Achievement and in that party the princess fell in love with the MC but didn’t confessed. After Party was over princess confronted her father about the reason of being rejected , the king said that she was rejected due to her sadist personality. Princess accepted the reason and told the King that she will become a better women for MC so next time she wont be rejected.
MC arrives in his territory and hires people to help him in developing the territory. In Night he was intruder invades his home, the intruder was none other than Strongest mage in the game . She was interested in MC since he discovered the lost magic that was trying to discover for years but failed. MC and Mage have not ever met but Mage suspected how he know her , MC knew that he if didn’t tell her the truth he will die so He spoke the truth regarding how this world is similar to a game he played in his previous life and regarding his own death. I just checked back and he was a womaniser, he exerted his position on women and almost hurt his fiancé out of jealousy.
But it’s not like he was killing commoners or something, it’s all too dramatic with the death talk.
The exile and loss of status was fair enough, as is the females disdain.
But the MC is a reincarnator so he’s taking on a little too much self responsibility internally, while the character was a villain he isn’t so tone it down a little lol
