Fun fact, IRL training without adequate recovery time stunts growth.
Unfortunately when I was younger I trained like Vegeta which made gains come slow and makes one feel untalented. But if you rest and listen to your body like Goku you actually progress faster.
So we can train and enjoy our lives more if we train smart and get ample rest.

In case TL ruined the subplot, Leona was elected leader because the botched assassin job was obviously the brother but was exposed as messy and dirty.
