i dont get the new equipment, you take 10x damage but immediately heal it? if you have enough health wouldnt that practically make you immortal?

Emm , 10% per second is the backlash of slime + dou em =(0,5%+0, 5%)x 10 . If he receives another damage again, doesn’t it dangerous for him? ?

i figured he had to have gotten a regen type cursed item especially since without it he would have died from the contract with the slime lolis. Doubtful that the author would have him carrying an IV elixir drip for the remainder of the story otherwise.
