Wasn’t the point to get a mana managing skill?? 
He could ask literally anyone to teach him how to use mana even his parents. There’s no reason to out it off in fact it’s the most important thing for him to do right now. He won’t get a good skill at tier 3
because he still doesn’t know how to use mana.

If I were him, I’d try to create something like a storage ring. I’m 50% sure he could make one if he had the correct materials, but he’d probably need mana from the angel.
The reason for my uncertainty is because most manga/manhuas, you’d need a space affinity/element to create storage/spatial rings/bags.
Seeing as there’s nothing related to affinity or elements written on his status, I’m leaning toward the former.

For everyone who has a problem with him saying blurred lancer and him thinking it was blood lancer even though he obviously said blurred lancer, it is because the translator is being stupid. In the novel it was shown as “Bl****d Lancer” and it was unidentifiable until he chose it. The translation was pretty bad this time around, hopefully it gets better. Still got some high hopes for this
