Placing bombs inside human bodies is an ineffective method as the human body absorbs much of the energy of the blast. This is the reason suicide bombings have fallen out in favor of firearms and truck attacks, as the nearest victims in a bombing shield others from the explosion, necessitating extremely high yields. It’s far more cost effective to make use of Westerners’ phobia of guns or swipe a random truck off the road.
