There’s a note on this chapter stating if you correctly process fly argaric that you can eat it.
In fact I found several unconfirmed ways that state to remove the poison. However they are unconfirmed and shouldn’t be relied on. One is drying (which turns the poison precursor into the actual poison) then salting, watering several times (with throwing away the water) then cooking, and again watering. Even if that removes the poison (which isn’t confirmed!) the result will be tasteless and only food fit for people who are starving.
On the other hand fly argaric doesn’t seem to be that poisonous. Yes, you shouldn’t use as only, or main ingredient, but you (likely) will survive one. However the poison is mainly a hallucinogen. Aka. fly argarics are basically shrooms.
