uh i was reading the webtoon before this, but i feel like i need to mention some differences.
- its subtle but mr 182 acts a little more mature here, which gives the impression that hes a cold or rude person but in the webtoon translation i read he talks in a more immature way that makes him seem uneducated rather than cruel. its not that bad but just a subtle observation
- idk which one is the correct translation but in the webtoon, the mc says
‘it doesnt taste like food waste at all.’
which makes more sense as the dumpling guy said its the pride of the village.
while this translation he says:
‘It does feel like food waste’.
I usually don’t look at different translations, and i thought that translations dont really affect how good a story is but i feel like subtle miscommunications can actually affect the story a lot especially when they add up together.
correct me if im wrong but i think the webtoon translation of this one is more accurate and fun to read.
There’s a person with a lego head and one with a dumpling head. Whoever the artist/writers for this are, I commend you
