considering the fact that he was the highest threat level prisoner even after knowing his ex was an elder and committe member at that and a fellow inmate offed herself post bail desoite being hailed as a saint, the current minjoon probably has qualms against rushing his bounties before piecing together all relevant info on the committee

For someone whe desperately wants the reclaim his memory it might be very tempting.. but for someone who doubts his past self it’s actually poison to regain their memories because it could kill the person you are now..

The whole memorie erasure and restoring after they bought themselves free is very flawed from the get go
