I watched the 3d show first which is up to episode 7, this manga seems to be following that closely.
Differences being, the clothes in the show are more high tech (bit it is easier to draw regular clothes vs a fancy detailed 3d model u dont have to redraw at every angle)
And this manga gave a way more detailed test/backstory.
