As the side adventures happen, i am getting annoyed. Frieren never seems to stand up for herself in a city or town always just passively accept their laws, Go to jail for a 80-year-old loan that was for defeating the demon lord, not happening id have laughed at him and walked out… im still mad about the entire 1st class mage test thing i mean there is no way Frieren would not be a 1st class mage by anyone other than the 4 billion year old elf

A quick adventure as always lol
im glad it was so easily resolved, the money was loaned so the party could defeat the demon lord. Given it was a success in a way you could say they’ve profited by not suffering or dying out.
but a contract is a contract, especially to a merchant family.
