It doesn’t make sense though. Raoul created a no death spell within the city so none of the people that were killed should have died. Raoul going to
dying could be explained with him having negated the spell around himself so that he could go to hell, and he probably did this for the Saintes as well because he wanted her to see what has happened to all the people she has given salvation.
The other victims he killed were offed outside of his no death zone, so it is natural for them to be in hell… But Cassandra being there does not make any sense. She was killed inside of the no death zone and he didn’t have any reason to allow her to die.
As an example, the Princess herself isn’t in hell. If she had been, she would have been used as a pawn in the game instead of just using illustrations.
