I don’t understand this MC… he need to kill the one who killed him in the future… but that DOES NOT need to happen now, and not for the next few years. It took 20 years for the traitor to backstab him in his past life, so he can afford to lose a few years to grow strong enough to absolutely kill him. Now it’s too soon, he’s weak, has 0 protection whatsoever and is at risk of being sentenced to death even if he succeeds in killing the traitor. Why risk so much so soon when there is time to grow stronger, get useful connections that could help him cover the kill and perhaps try to understand who is behind him. Is it all the Gods, a single one, a faction? He knows not if all the gods are like the one who ordered the traitor to kill his entire team. He’s being retarded.
