Thats the dumbest shit ever. He went into a grapple after a punch was already underways and SOMEHOW he had trouble to percieve it? Why are you writing the MC to seem more and more pathetic. We supposed to be rooting for him right? Couse we are about write him off completly:p

This is NOT a fight between an immortal and a shapeshifter.
It’s a fight between an immortal and an immortal shapeshifter who since always has been trained hard by his mother, therefore he’s used to being punched in the head and there is no way that an immortal, no matter if the best fighter can overpower a shapeshifter of make him lose consciousness with just a hit on the head of be faster than a shapeshifter to the point of being able to break his arm and hit his head before he can realize.
This is just very poor writing. A writer should stick to the rules he created.

Ya know, Fully expected him to wipe the floor because of his op gene cocktail but glad to see he got humbled. Sure I want him to win in the end but having to fight for it makes it all the better.
